This rental agreement is made and executed on nth day of Month, 20XX by and between
Mr/Mrs. _________________ (Landlord/Owner), Son/Wife of ________, aged about nn years, presently residing at ______________ (Residential Address).
(Here in after called the “Land Lord/Owner” which term shall unless contrary to the context include assignees of the “First Part”)
AND
Mr/Mrs. _________________ (Tenant), Son/Wife of ________, aged about nn years, presently residing at ______________ (Residential Address), carrying the business as proprietorship firm/ partnership firm/ limited liability partnership firm/ private limited company under the name & the style of M/s ______________.
(Here in after called “Tenant” which term shall unless contrary to the contest include assignees of the “Second Part”)
Whereas the landlord/owner is the absolute owner and possessor of scheduled property. Whereas the tenant approached landlord/owner and requested to let out the scheduled property for commercial purpose and has agreed to let out the same on the following terms and conditions:
Now this agreement witnesseth as follows:
- The premises situated at ____________________. (Office/Shop Address as Place of Business)
- That the period of tenancy is deemed to have been commenced on 01st Month, 20XX and it will be for a period of 11 months and further this agreement is deemed to be renewal for the same rental period unless otherwise specifically agreed upon the completion of aforesaid rental period.
- That the tenant has to pay a monthly rent of Rs. nn/- (Rupees _______ only in words) applicable for such entire rental period.
- That the Tenant shall pay the electricity, repairs, workshop and other charges, leaving municipal and other property taxes to be paid by the owner.
