OUR MISSION
A platform dedicated to helping organisations easily start and grow their business, at an affordable cost. We started in 2019 with the mission of making it easier for people to form & manage organizations, plan finances, seek legal advice, file tax returns, comply with laws & so-on.
Our aim is to help the organizations on the legal and regulatory requirements and be a partner throughout the business lifecycle, offering support at every stage to ensure the business remains compliant and continually growing.

Mr. Vinil Krishna Juluri
- He is expert in Income Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, Non-Profit Organisation & Company Laws.
- He headed a team for an audit of Andhra Bank & 15 Branches of Mahabubnagar District Co-operative Central Bank (DCCB) in FY 2015-16.
- Thereafter, he was in association of Chartered Accountant Firm in Chennai for about 2.5 years & completed CA Articleship by performing various internal, statutory, tax audits, representations before tax authorities & other secretarial compliances.
Mr. Venkat Venkatesh
- He is expert in providing strategic ideas & advisory services to businesses & non-profit organizations.
- He has performed tax audits & provided other services to various corporate & individual clients.
Mr. Shiva Prasad Reddy
- He is rendering full time services to M/s. Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd.
- Possessing in-depth & practical knowledge about various laws in the industry including international taxation.
Mr. Vinay Babu Juluri
- He worked as a tech team associate of R&D Department in M/s. Microsoft India Pvt Ltd at Hyderabad.
- He worked as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) in M/s. Getfyt Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Gym aggregator at Chennai.
- He is a software engineer by profession & entrepreneur by passion.
- He has conducted various workshops exploring his passion of doing business.
